Medical jargon is a mouthful - especially if you’re not a real doctor, and just playing one on TV. CHICAGO MED’S Paramedic Jack, Jack Seijo, is here to help after years of having to say some of the most brutal things on television.

About
This one-day intensive will have students on their feet, in front of the camera, digging through some of the toughest medical sides from your favorite shows.
Homework: Students will receive material to prepare ahead of time, and get on camera after a brief lecture from Jack.
Exercise One: Work the prepared material and get notes from Jack between each take. Not only will you work on all the medical jargon, but also what to do while you’re spitting it out, from an actor who knows better than most.
Lunch - We have 60m planned for lunch. Try Jimmy’s Pizza Cafe, L&M Fine Foods, or Small Cheval right here in Lincoln Square!
Exercise Two: Jack has a cold read prepped for the latter part of the day, where you’ll take everything you learned from the morning and put it to the test. Get back on camera with a medical-jargon-filled cold read…
